We handle support in English, and it covers the Customer Support options only.

For your convenience, we offer several contact methods which all lead the same support queue:

• For everyone: Send an email to
• For customers: click on “Contact support” in your Ketesa server admin panel

Upon receiving your request, we will send an automated acknowledgment email to confirm receipt of your message. (please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox, if it is not there either, use a different contact method)

You can expect a response within 48 hours. We offer Dedicated support for customers who need faster response times (up to 12 hours).
