Before you reach out, it’s worth a look through our FAQ and Help pages: there’s a good chance your question is already answered there. One note: we only offer the services described on the services page, nothing beyond those.

We handle support in English (and broken English, if that’s what you’ve got), and it covers the Customer Support options only.

For your convenience, we offer several contact methods which all lead the same support queue:

Upon receiving your request, we will send an automated acknowledgment email to confirm receipt of your message. (please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox, if it is not there either, use a different contact method)

You can expect a response within 48 hours. We offer Dedicated support for customers who need faster response times (up to 12 hours).
