Steam bridge

The Steam bridge installed by us is powered by matrix-steam.

Usage¶

Start a chat with @steambot:your-server.com. When the bridge bot joins, send help in the chat to see instructions.

Note: The bridge is in early development. See its ROADMAP for planned features.

Authentication¶

QR Code (recommended):

Send login qr to the bridge bot and follow the instructions.

Due to the early development status of the bridge, in some cases image may not be displayed correctly. If that happens, you can still use QR code login by opening the link provided in the bot’s response.

The link looks like this: https://s.team/q/1/1234567890 and redirects to https://store.steampowered.com/about/qrlogin/1/1234567890.

The bridge will automatically create rooms when new messages are received from Steam friends.

Username/Password:
