Currently Element Call is under heavy development, and thus unstable and lacks many features. We do not offer it as a standalone component yet, until it is ready for production use.
We offer embedded Element Call as part of the Matrix RTC.
On the client side, Komai ships Element Call built in and turns it on by default. Once your server has Matrix RTC, calls work in any room with nothing to enable.
