Service Updates¶

Firewall changes¶

This week we worked on simplifying and unifying firewall management across different setups. From now on, SSH access will be controlled directly on the server itself, instead of relying on your hosting provider’s firewall settings. This change only affects hosting customers and won’t impact on-premises setups.

Automation improvements¶

Over the weekend, we updated our automation system to stay compatible with the latest platform requirements. This involved plenty of changes behind the scenes.

A few hosts were briefly affected during the update, but all known issues were identified and fixed within 24 hours. Everything should be running normally now, and we’ll keep monitoring things

Privacy policy updates¶

We’ve given our privacy policy a proper update! The old one was more of a placeholder, but the new version is much clearer and easier to read. It just explains how things work in practice - nothing new or unexpected for existing customers. https://etke.cc/privacy/
