### New Hosting Region is Available - Singapore

We expand [the list](https://etke.cc/services/hosting/#regions) of available cloud hosting regions with Singapore - new customers can get Matrix servers by choosing the new region directly in the [order form](https://etke.cc/order/)

### Removal of the Deprecated Support Contacts

[A year ago](https://etke.cc/news/2024-09-26-stable-updates-published/) we announced a switch to the new customer support system and marked the existing `@etke.host` mailboxes as deprecated.

Next week the previously deprecated support mailboxes will be disabled completely. The actual information about how to contact [etke.cc support](https://etke.cc/services/support/) is always available on the [etke.cc/contacts/](https://etke.cc/contacts/) page
