*Synapse [v1.142.0](https://github.com/element-hq/synapse/releases/tag/v1.142.0) was excluded from the updates this week due to a regression issue that does not affect customers servers directly but fails testing environments*

## Outages on some servers

Due to [the reverse proxy bug](https://github.com/traefik/traefik/issues/12253) potentially affecting all customers, we added a workaround that should be applied during the usual maintenance process. Unfortunately, due to specifics of some hosts, the problematic Docker version was installed outside the usual maintenance cycle, and to prevent any further disruption, we had to apply the workaround on all customer hosts at once, causing 1-2 minutes of downtime when components restarted.
